For all technical support inquiries, the most effective way to reach us is by email. This allows us to track your request and assign it to the appropriate specialist.

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include the following in your email:
- Your Full Name
- Student or Staff ID Number
- A clear description of the problem
- Any error messages you have received
- The device and operating system you are using (e.g., Windows 11, MacBook Pro)
Hours of Operation
Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Sunday: Closed
Note: Hours may vary during university holidays.
